Health and Vitality – Learn the Healing Ayurvedic Practices for Daily Living

Ayurveda is an ageless philosophy, that when practiced habitually, can bring us back into balance and harmony. Inspired by what is possible with ayurveda, a small team of us have created a very special event to help you use ayurveda in your daily life to reclaim what should always be yours…health.

We will be offering:

  • Mini Consults (free with a donation to NAMA) – a 30 minute consultation with an ayurveda professional to get you started with some daily practices that are completely individualized for YOU!
  • Workshops that will demonstrate how to use and perform some of the most impactful ayurvedic practices, like scheduling your day, applying oils, cooking and spicing, breathing, and soothing a runaway mind.
  • NAMA – a request to consider Professional, Student or General Membership (depending on your qualifications) and an invite to a free event hosted by NAMA, the national ayurvedic organization responsible for the growth of ayurveda in this country.
  • Resources – links to books, products and offers by ayurvedic suppliers.

Learn how these patterns can affect our physical, mental, spiritual health and bring vibrancy back to our life.

Ayurveda’s rich repertoire of interventions is accessible to all of us, sometimes free-of-cost and sometimes surprisingly time-efficient as they invigorate us. She will share the keys to access this treasure trove in this workshop, starting from where you are!
